Getting started with aged care, A practical guide for Forgotten Australians / Care Leavers

This guidebook aims to provide information to Forgotten Australians on how the aged care system can support their needs as they age.

In additional AFA wants to raise awareness-regarding Forgotten Australians exposure elder abuse and how to seek supports.

The publication is being distributed via the Find and Connect Services in each State and can also be download and viewed from here.
